Jig for routing the truss rod

The internal guide (opening) is available in the following dimensions to match your bit cutter or router guide:

6 mm - 6.35 mm - 10 mm - 12 mm - 12.7 mm - 15 mm - 17 mm - 25 mm - Selection from the menu.

The template comes with a central line and an indicative line of the nut.

Along with the Jig you will also receive three small pieces of MDF or acrylic as shown in the photos so that you can create the desired cut length by placing them in the recess once you have cut them to the desired length. Channel length 516mm. Suitable for trussrods with maximum length 500mm. 

 MDF 10-12 mm or Acrylic 10 mm. Selection from the menu.
